Fireflies
Art Therapy group for girls who have experienced sexual abuse ages 13-15
This group will provide safety to explore your feelings and find strengths through art making in a group setting. Although you are only asked to share what you feel comfortable sharing, you will learn to take charge of your story and find ways to put it together for yourself and tell others if you want. We will work with many media to find ways to share your experiences and insights while diving into your own creativity. It’s good to know you are not alone. Any teenage girl interested in joining must sign up through our enroll page.

Circles of Healing- Finding Clarity through Creativity
Using the Circle as a beginning metaphor you will be led in a creative process designed to promote stress relief, emotional healing, and a deeper understanding of personal resilience. The creative experience offers healing-- especially when words fail to communicate pain, desperation, grief and the internal confusion created by caring for patients in a pandemic. Led by: Jo Ann Kaminsky, MEd, LPC, ATR-BC, RPT-S, Dreama Phoenix MA, ATR-BC and Lauren Levine MA, EXAT, LPC. Interested nurses can sign up on using the ‘Enroll’ tab.
